District Line to Upney and it's a lovely 10-15 minute walk through Mayesbrook Park to the SportHouse, see the map below for the walking route. Alternatively you can catch the 368 bus to just outside the SportHouse that goes every 20 mins from Ripple Road (A123) - 4 mins walk away.
Cycling? - there are covered bike racks where you can lock up outside the venue.
